Thrive Health provides space and services for healthcare and wellbeing practitioners. Some practitioners working from Thrive operate independently and are responsible for the professional services they personally provide.

Where chiropractic services are provided, they are provided by chiropractors registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).

Information on this website

The information on this website is intended to provide general information about Thrive Health, our practitioners and the services available from the clinic.

We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date. However, healthcare information can change and individual circumstances differ.

Information on this website should not be treated as personal medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for an individual consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Using this website does not create a practitioner-patient relationship.

Chiropractic and other healthcare information

Information about chiropractic or any other therapy offered at Thrive is intended to explain the nature of the service and help you decide whether you would like to make an enquiry or arrange an appointment.

We do not guarantee that a particular treatment will be appropriate for you or will produce a particular outcome.

Suitability for treatment will be considered by the relevant practitioner following an appropriate consultation and assessment.

All chiropractic website content and advertising is intended to comply with the General Chiropractic Council Code of Professional Practice and relevant UK advertising requirements. Chiropractic communications should be legal, decent, honest, truthful and supported by appropriate evidence where claims are made.

Medical emergencies

This website is not an emergency healthcare service.

If you believe you or someone else may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or seek appropriate urgent medical assistance.

For urgent medical advice in England where the situation is not life-threatening, contact NHS 111.

Do not rely on website information or an online enquiry form where urgent medical attention may be required.

Appointments

Information about appointment availability displayed on the website is subject to change.

An appointment is not confirmed until it has been accepted through the relevant booking process or confirmed by Thrive or the individual practitioner.

Appointments are also subject to our separate Appointments & Cancellation Policy and any additional terms provided by the practitioner delivering your care.

Fees

We aim to ensure that any fees displayed on the website are accurate.

Prices may change from time to time. Where possible, current fees will be displayed on the website or provided before an appointment is booked.

The price applicable to your appointment will normally be the price communicated to you at the time of booking, subject to any correction of an obvious error.

Independent practitioners

Thrive Health is a collective clinic and some practitioners operate their own independent businesses from the premises. The practitioner providing your treatment is responsible for:

• determining whether their treatment is appropriate for you;

• obtaining appropriate consent;

• maintaining their own professional registration where required;

• maintaining appropriate professional indemnity or insurance;

• providing their professional service; and

• maintaining clinical records where they are the relevant data controller.

Thrive Health Collective Ltd is not responsible for making clinical decisions on behalf of independent practitioners.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that Thrive Health or an individual practitioner has which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Practitioner information

We aim to keep practitioner profiles, qualifications, registrations and services accurate.

Practitioners offering chiropractic services in the UK must be registered with the General Chiropractic Council. Where a GCC registration number is displayed, it may be checked against the GCC Register.

Results and treatment outcomes

Every person is different.

Information about potential benefits of treatment is provided for general information and does not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve a particular result.

Any recommendations or treatment decisions will depend on your individual circumstances, clinical findings and the professional judgement of your practitioner.

We may temporarily suspend, withdraw, update or change some or all of the website without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
