We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

Cancellation notice

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can normally be rearranged without charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may be charged at the full appointment fee.

We appreciate that exceptional circumstances occur and these will always be considered reasonably.

If we need to cancel

If Thrive Health or your practitioner needs to cancel an appointment, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

Late arrival

Late arrival may result in a shorter appointment where another patient is booked immediately afterwards. The usual appointment fee may still apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the appointment. This includes those who are claiming under a health insurance policy, where an appropriate receipt will be issued to allow you to claim this back under the terms of your policy.
