Accessibility at Thrive Health
Our clinic has been designed with accessibility in mind. The clinic is on the ground floor and has ramped access. An accessible ground-floor toilet is also available.
If you have a disability, mobility requirement, sensory need, communication need or any other accessibility requirement, please contact us before your appointment and we will do our best to make reasonable adjustments.
This might include discussing access before you attend, allowing additional time where appropriate, providing information in a different format or considering other reasonable adjustments to help you use our services.
If you experience difficulty using our website
If you cannot access information on this website, have difficulty using any part of it, or need information in another format, please contact us:
Email: hello@thrive-health.uk
Telephone: 07864 11 60 50
Please tell us what information you need and the format that would be most helpful. We will aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Improving accessibility
We aim to review the accessibility of our website as it develops and to address accessibility issues where reasonably practicable.
Some third-party services, such as booking systems, maps or embedded content, may be provided by external organisations and may have their own accessibility arrangements.
Feedback
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Thrive Health website and clinic. If you notice an accessibility problem that we have not identified, please contact us so that we can investigate it.
